• Organize your timetable into 50 minute periods with 10 minute breaks
• Allocate fixed, definite breaks and their finish time and STICK TO IT
• Have specific study objectives for each study session. Determine study tasks to be done within allocated time before beginning
• Be realistic, DON’T OVERLOAD yourself!
